Tenant Information and Tips

Tips for a full deposit refund 

• The move out cleaning checklist can be found under the documents tab on primrosepm.com
• Have carpets professionally cleaned and provide a copy of the receipt to Primrose Property Management upon move out. 
• Return all keys and garage remotes that were given to you at the check in. 

Maintenance tips/reminders

• Tenants are responsible for changing air filters quarterly. If the filter is not changed, tenants will be charged to clean the system by a professional HVAC company. 
• Tenants are responsible for lawn care unless otherwise stated in their lease agreement. If the lawn is not taken care of, tenants will be charged to have a lawncare company clean up the yard. 
• Pest control is tenant responsibility after the first 30 days of the lease agreement. Anything within the first 30 days will be taken care of by the landlord. 
   

Winter weather tips

• Make sure hoses are disconnected from the exterior faucets before the temperature is below freezing. 
• Keep furnace on at all times and set to above 65 degrees.
