Primrose Property Management, LLC

We offer two management options for our owners. 

Full Service Management:  We can handle the day-to-day management of your property for you from finding tenants, collecting rent, and handling maintenance requests that come in from you tenants.  We charge an 8% monthly management fee for this option. 

LEASING: 

Our leasing fee is 50% of the first full month's rent, which helps perform the following services: 
 

• Mass Website distribution including Zillow
• Social Media Marketing
• 3D Tour of the rental if asked
• Screening Residents to verify credit reports, background report, and rental history
• Creation of lease documents and any addendums needed
• Documenting pre-resident conditions of the property (Full walk through at time of check in and time of move out)

Lease Only Option: Do you enjoy handling the day-to-day management of your property but want someone to help with leasing out your property?  This would be the option for you.  We can handle showing the property and the application process.  You would have the final approval on any applications that come in for your property.  The fee for this option is 50% of one months rent. 
 

• Once applicant is identified, Owner provided lease document can be sent out by Primrose Property Management if preferred or Owner can handle that aspect as well.
