Applicant to Tenant Checklist
Application:
- Apply HERE
- Your $30 fee will only be charged if we process your application
- If multiple applicants, all tenants must apply and pay the fees.
- If you need a co-signer, the co-signer also needs to fill out the same application and pay the fee.
- After we process your application, you will receive an email asking you to approve the credit and background check through Transunion
- Once all applications are in, we will discuss with the owner for final approval and then you will be notified that your application was approved.
Approved Application:
- If your application has been processed and approved, here are the next steps.
- We will send out a lease to sign electronically via Docusign.
- Once the lease is signed, we will set you up on our website.
- You will receive another email asking you to register on our website so you have access to our online Portal.
- Once the lease is signed – The deposit is due within 5 days of the lease being completed.
- The first month's rent will be due before keys can be handed over on the start date of your lease.
